CarX Street was released today (17th) globally for iOS. The game is even available on the App Store in Brazil. The game is free to download and play, but requires an internet connection.
As previously stated by the producer CarX Technologies, CarX Street was released exclusively for iOS. The Android version still has no scheduled release date and should only arrive in 2023.
Requirements to play CarX Street on iPhone
On iOS, CarX Street is one of the “heaviest” games today. The game requires a lot of processing power. On iOS, the minimum requirement to play CarX Street is an iPhone X or better. The game was incompatible for those who have iPhone 8 Plus, 7 and older cell phones.
This is an indication that the game will arrive “very heavy” on Android as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was only compatible with Snapdragon 855 or higher.
About CarX Street
CarX Street is an open-world racing game developed by CarX Technologies. The game is one of the most anticipated of 2022, largely due to the “hype” generated on Youtube where channels mixed images of the game running on the iPhone 13 Pro Max and PC, presenting various false information and implying that the game would run on any smartphone with Android. The game developer herself went public to deny some of the rumors, including release dates for the Android version.
The game has many missions in a rich and interactive open world, with traffic from other cars. In addition to purchasing vehicles, players can tune their cars and modify various parts. The game is free, but has in-app purchases.
