Mortal Kombat Mobile celebrates 11 years with new Diamond fighters, classic events, and unprecedented content

One of the longest-running mobile games has just received a major update. Mortal Kombat Mobile is celebrating 11 years since its launch with the arrival of new fighters, nostalgic events, and unprecedented content for fans of the franchise.

The anniversary update is now available for Android and iOS and reinforces that the game remains active even more than a decade after its debut.

New Diamond characters arrive in the game

The main highlight of the update is the addition of two new Diamond-tier fighters:

  • Klassic Baraka, inspired by his version from Mortal Kombat II (1993), with abilities focused on reflecting damage
  • Shao Kahn (MK II Movie), based on the new franchise film, with high attack power and different combat styles

Baraka is available through the 11th Anniversary Kombat Pass, while Shao Kahn can be unlocked via premium rewards or PvP competitions.

Classic events and nostalgia for fans

The update also heavily focuses on nostalgia, bringing back classic content that has marked the game over the years.

  • Return of the Klassic Tower
  • Classic challenges starting with Noob Saibot
  • Iconic characters available in the Krypt Store

Among the classic fighters returning or receiving upgrades are names like Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Mileena, and Sonya Blade, who can now be evolved even further.

New equipment, Brutalities, and Friendships

The anniversary update also adds new systems and items that expand combat options:

Publicidade
