Epic Games is offering a big treat for mobile players this week: Dead Cells can be claimed for free on the Epic Games Store for Mobile. The acclaimed 2D action roguelike will be available for permanent download until next Thursday, December 18.
Anyone who adds the game to their account during the promotion period will keep access forever — even after the offer ends. Just open the Epic Games Store on your phone, visit the game’s page, and complete the claim. After that, Dead Cells will be permanently registered in your library.
Originally released in 2018, Dead Cells quickly became one of the most awarded indie games thanks to its frenetic combat, Metroidvania-inspired design, and roguelite structure that encourages repeated runs. The mobile version features adapted controls and includes all content from the original game, including updates and expansions released over the years.
